Use this list to help you identify what is most important to you.

Start by crossing off the ones you know are not very important to you.

Rank the remaining words by placing a one, two or three next to each depending on how important each seems to you.

Some words have very similar meanings e.g. friendship and sociability. See if you can consolidate those groups and just choose the word that is most reflective of your values.

Of course you can add words that are not on this list.

Next, look at each word on your list and decide if that is what is truly important to you or if it is a means to something more important. For example, if Travel is on your final list ask yourself if Travel is in and of itself most important of if it merely gives you access to something else like Adventure, Passion, Nature etc. If Wealth is on your final list ask yourself if wealth is what you really seek or if wealth gives you access to things like Security or Comfort.

Keep refining your until you are satisfied that you have reached the essence of what you value most.
